The woman enters a hidden, “bunkered” world of people artificially modified with use of ink, scalpel and implants. When she takes her clothes off, we realize that she is one of them – there are three platinum transdermal implants in her chest. She undergoes a surgical procedure in order to remove the implants from her body – to cleanse the body from artificial additives. After the operation she is ready to reunite with the man from episode I.
